Re-thinking of Ideas

After doing some practice shots for my music video, I have decided that my idea, although originally strong, won't work on the scale I want it to and won't be as good as antisipated. I feel that if this idea, although unique and different, doesn't allow me to tell any kind of story within it and I feel this is a key aspect of a music video. I need to ensure that my music video is relevant to the audience and that it entices the audiences, whereas I feel this style of video wouldn't be strong enough to attract them to the video and would therefore make my video in-effective. Therefore I have decided to re-think my music video, firstly by looking into some new songs, along the same line of Pop music, but with a different focus; a song that is more emotive.
